On Sunday, Pastor Jeff shared with us, in our new sermon series "My Crazy Family," that Jesus's family tree was made up of some pretty crazy folks! Now you might think that since Jesus is the Son of God, that His family was perfect. We know that Jesus is perfect, but that doesn't mean his family was. His family was just like our families. Pastor Jeff shared with us a prayer and it goes like this:
"God, I know you love me. I know you came for me. Help me to live in the light of your love. Help me to remember you came out of a crazy family to help me with mine. Amen."
Our Hunt Club had 414 crazy family members and they got to celebrate three baptisms. Our Lincoln Road campus had 1,897 crazy family members and they celebrated one baptism. Church Online had 207 crazy family members jump on and worship with us.
We might have taken a week off of activities for Christmas, but we're back to our regular schedule! 252, Impact, Growth Groups and Recovery are all back.
