Pastor Jeff Clark says, "It doesn't become powerful until it becomes personal." At Venture Church, we believe there's no better way to connect and make things personal than by serving. Connecting through serving is important because your service really does matter. Below you’ll find different opportunities to serve. Find an area that sounds interesting? Preschool
Volunteers serve by leading preschoolers during Backyard Buddies on Sunday mornings. Preschool curriculum, play and activities are based upon three basic truths: God made me, God loves me and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

Kids
KXP meets on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights to provide a small group experience for kids in K-6th grade. Volunteers serve by teaching kids to know, love and follow Jesus. Volunteers also serve by helping create unique family worship experiences throught the year.

Students
Student ministry volunteers can serve at Impact, a Wednesday night worship experience creatively designed with youth culture in mind. Impact Groups are also led by volunteers and provide a small group setting for students to experience community.

College
College ministry volunteers facilitate The Bridge, a worship experience held once a month at The Hunt Club Campus. Volunteers also lead college-aged Growth Groups that meet weekly at various times and locations.

Adults
Volunteers can serve by leading an adult Growth Group, leading a small group at Recovery, greeting guests attending Recovery or participating in local or global missions.

Guest Services
Guest Services volunteers bring the "Venture culture" to live. By serving coffee, greeting, directing traffic or helping people find seats, they ensure guests have a great experience.

Production
Production volunteers help ensure that Sunday worship services run smoothly. They run lights, sound, cameras, graphics and keep the service on schedule.

Music
Our musicians lead worship during Sunday services and also throughout the week for Impact, Recovery and special events. Because musical skill is required, auditions are required.
