Backyard Buddies
On Sunday mornings, preschoolers get a “First Look” at our God and His Son, Jesus. The First Look curriculum, by Rethink, is taught in all preschool classrooms, focusing on three basic truths: God Loves Me, God Made Me, and Jesus Wants to Be My Friend Forever! Our classes are closely graded, which means your child will be with other children very close to their age. Older preschoolers enjoy small group activities in the classroom, a visit to the Playhouse for music and the Bible story, and usually some time on the playground as well. Active learning with a center approach means learning with a variety of methods, including games, blocks, puzzles, homeliving, music and crafts – all those things that make a great preschool learning experience! Preschoolers may remain in their classrooms during all their parents' activities.
Backyard Buddies meets Sundays at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. at The Lincoln Road Campus and 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. at The Hunt Club Campus.
Baby D
A baby dedication is a cherished celebration that symbolizes the prayerful devotion of your little one to God. To help you plan a meaningful occasion rooted in scripture, join us for Baby D.
Requirements for Dedications: At least one parent should be a partner with or in the process of becoming a partner with Venture Church. Parents must attend Baby D orientation to prepare for baby dedication. Couples presenting a child for dedication should be married, and single parents may choose to have a family member participate with them.
